How not to Procrastinate?

We keep on delaying the work leading to the piling up of a lot of things in everyday life eventually which creates chaos and heftiness in our daily life here I will help you to know how can we stop procrastinating things.

Meditation I know you must be thinking about what connection does procrastination has with meditation. Often people procrastinate things due to confusion in their mind meditations help us to get some clarity and calmness, this helps us to think straight and in the correct direction for the start.

Now, we have a calm and sorted mind, with which we can move on, to next thing to do that is Scheduling, schedule helps us to sort things out and removes all the clutter in our head. It helps us to know what all things we need to do and we can manage time in accordance with our schedule. Cross out the things as soon you finish a work this will make you even calm and composed.

Now, the bigger issue is how to follow your schedule? How to implement these plans and being consistent with them? The bad news is there is not any shortcut to it and the Good news is we can still do it, nothing is impossible after all.

In the beginning, it is not necessary to complete it all just perfectly you will surely reach perfection in a period of 30 days, trick is being consistent and doing as much as possible. Even if it is one thing you do.

Try not to be too hard on yourself, if you could not follow the schedule for some reason try again and again until you succeed these are self-tested tips and tricks, and one day you will surely reach there, where you want to be and feel proud.

Bonus tip: If you can complete only one task do not crib about it rather be grateful for the one that you are able to do, this will slowly increase and you will be able to do it very easily. Don’t waste your time cribbing just rest and relax it will all happen.
